UK engineering firm looks for new recruits

A major UK engineering firm has announced it will be recruiting skilled engineers in the New Year after receiving a record number of orders in 2007.
Hayward Tyler is looking to fill numerous senior and skilled engineering positions, which could interest people looking for graduate engineering jobs.
Larry Redmond, human resources director at Hayward Tyler in Luton, said: "This is an exciting time for the company and we now need to fill a number of important positions over the coming months."
He added that one of the company's strengths was its ability to select and retain personnel who bring "real value to the business" and who will "enjoy all the benefits of being part of a growing UK-based niche engineering business".
The company manufactures pumps and motors for the gas, oil and power industry.
Hayward Tyler was established in 1815 and also works in the renewable energy and chemical processing markets.
