One of the UK's fastest growing drinks recruiters has confirmed that it plans to extend its recent expansion with further acquisition activity.
Founded by entrepreneurs David Bruce and Clive Watson at the end of 2000, the Capital Pub Company now boasts a portfolio of 23 London establishments, offering a range of management opportunities, and recently floated on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM).
After publishing financial figures showing a 47 per cent increase in turnover in the year ending March 31st, the company has now stated that it intends to continue an acquisitions policy that has seen it purchase seven new pubs in the last 18 months.
"Our strategy remains to continue to build our business both by investing in our existing portfolio in order to further improve returns and by expanding through further acquisitions," Mr Bruce told caterersearch.com.
Capital Pub, the owner of London's largest estate of largely freehold, free-of-ties managed pubs, has also confirmed the appointment of David Kenyon as finance director.
