Top companies lead the way in diversity

Looking for a graduate job? The latest ranking from DiversityInc has published the 2010 top companies with exceptional diversity management achievements regarding both gender and ethnic groups. Check them out before applying anywhere else!

Companies that care about their diversity policies guarantee a working environment rich in a cross-cultural and cross-gender basis.

Since 2001, DiversityInc has been publishing its ‘Top 50 Companies for Diversity’, which awards   corporations that understand and apply business diversity-management initiatives.

These are the 25 companies leading the current 2010 world ranking:

Additionally, it publishes other lists that might interest graduates currently looking for a job, such as employers leading in recruitment & retention, black employees, executive women, people with disabilities or Latino employees.

These statistics are a result of well-researched survey. Companies taking part in it are increasing every year. In fact, the study for 2011 registered 535 companies - a 19% rise in comparison to 2010.

Most of those companies offer graduate schemes, if you haven’t found a graduate job yet having a look at those rankings could help you to choose wiser.
