Tuesday, 03 March 2009
People looking for graduate jobs will receive an extra helping hand after the Telegraph Media Group (TMG) announced three new high-profile writers for its Daily Telegraph Jobs supplement.
James Caan and Duncan Bannatyne from popular TV business show Dragon's Den, along with Timpson's chief executive John Timpson, will impart employment advice during the difficult economic downturn.
The columns will be aimed at employers as well as those looking for jobs, such as recent graduates.
James Caan, who also founded a recruitment firm, will be answering readers' questions as well as sharing his insights into the job market, Duncan Bannatyne will contribute his business expertise and John Timpson will be offering advice to employers.
Anne-Marie Worden, head of recruitment for TMG, said: This highlights TMG's commitment to the jobs market both for our readers and advertisers. The expanded Jobs supplement will provide unique advice for our readers in print."
Graduates recently received employment advice from the unlikely character of the A-Team's Mr T, who told those looking for jobs not to "give up".
