North-west PR company Peppermint has opened its doors to university leavers by offering a graduate scheme.
After winning 17 new accounts and taking its staff roster from five to 13 in the last six months, Peppermint is increasing its manpower even further by announcing graduate jobs at the firm, according to PR Week.
The Fresh Mint scheme, which will begin later this year, will see degree-holders able to boost their skills through dealing with the new clients, including fashion company clothingsites.co.uk and recycling firm Envirofone.
Managing director and founder Suzy Glaskie told the news provider that lucky university leavers landing graduate jobs with the company will be able to take advantage of 'Pepp points', which hardworking staff can exchange for discount vouchers.
Speaking to the same news outlet, chief executive officer for Engine Sacha Deshmukh recently warned that graduates are the "muscle" of a business and cutting it will result in a weakening of the enterprise.
