Over 100 new jobs created in Yorkshire recycling plant

Published: Thursday, 19 May 2011   Category: All Graduate job news

Graduate roles may be among the 100 jobs created in West Yorkshire, after a new recycling plant was opened.

Think3e, which is a not-for-profit recycling enterprise, has opened a new site - with over 100 vacancies - in Dewsbury, reports the Yorkshire Evening Post.

Marcus Baldry, Think3e managing director, told the news provider that the community deserves praise for its support.

"Think3e would like to thank all the local stakeholders who have helped us establish a viable business here in Dewsbury," he said.

"We are amazed at how many wonderful local businesses have engaged with us and offered us support."

It has been widely suggested that more jobs will be created in the sustainable or 'green' sector over the coming years, as the country becomes more environmentally friendly.

The recycling company was established in October 2009. The name is related to the three integral areas of the firm: employment, education and environment.
