A marketing and advertising agency has launched its first graduate jobs scheme, which it hopes will attract young talent away from its rivals.
In order to do this, Iris has included a rotation system on its two-year programme, which allows graduates to undertake roles in account management, strategic thinking and a specialist discipline - such as digital, experiential and sponsorship work.
The graduate job scheme, which is already open, also offers six months' training on-the-job at one of Iris' international offices.
Kathryn Pritchard, global talent director at Iris, told HR Magazine: "We want the right grads for our business, which is why the application process focuses on real client briefs and the programme itself offers global mobility to build global insight and knowledge from day one."
Marketing firms in Birmingham recently developed a new graduate scheme to help students find work in the city, and also provide a chance to display their work to top advertising companies.
