Groupama starts graduate recruitment search

Published: Monday, 19 November 2007   Category: Graduate Job sector Reports

Groupama has launched its graduate recruitment programme for 2008.

The French company attended the CII Careers Fair in Manchester in October and will be continuing its search over the next three months.

Caroline Alexander, HR director, Groupama Insurances said: "Groupama's graduate recruitment campaign is designed to attract the cream of the crop. It is vital that as an industry we communicate with the next generation of employees to make them aware of the dynamic nature of our business and of the varied career paths they can follow. We can't sit back and watch talent slip through our fingers, we need to take a really proactive approach to recruiting the high-fliers of the future."

It will be the second year that Groupama's graduate recruitment programme has run. The first resulted in five new employees joining the company.

The insurance company's search for new graduates will be helped by a national advertising campaign, graduate job board postings and the company will be attending more careers fairs over the next three months.
