Graduates hoping to gain experience in psychometric tests to help prepare for interviews can now do so, thanks to a new website.
SHL, an assessment solutions company, is giving jobseekers the opportunity to test themselves via their website before they have to face the real thing.
The increasingly popular tests are widely used by firms and now SHL has attempted to replicate the format, style and structure of the tests to help job candidates avoid any nasty interview surprises.
Explaining the need for the practice assessments, Eugene Burke at SHL said: "Most employers in the public and private sectors now include objective assessment as part of their talent management and talent acquisition processes to ensure that they have scientifically backed data to make appointment, promotion and assignment decisions.
"Now candidates can be reassured that they are prepared by familiarising themselves with the format ahead of a test situation."
