Graduate employers are to be judged by their degree-level employees in a new survey, the results of which will be announced at a national ceremony.
Over 100,000 of those currently in graduate jobs are to give their opinions on the company they work for in order to help future university leavers to decide where they want to work.
According to Onrec.com, workers will judge their current graduate employer on their attractiveness and the results will be revealed at an Aviva-sponsored ceremony at London's Grosvenor Hall in March 2010.
Paul Awcock, head of recruitment for UK at Aviva, told the news provider: "These are undoubtedly difficult economic times but most leading companies should, in my view, continue to invest in their commitment to support graduate recruitment."
Shell, E-ON and Microsoft recently scrambled to assure future university leavers that there will still be graduate jobs available at their firms when they finish their degrees, according to Personnel Today.
