Graduate recruitment award-winners unveiled

The winners of the prestigious Association of Graduate Recruitment (AGR) awards have been announced at its annual conference in Newport, Wales.
Given this year's prestigious Best of the Best prize was the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme, which also scooped top honours in the Graduate Selection and Assessment award for its ongoing efforts to secure the best graduate recruitment talent in the healthcare sector, reports recruitermagazine.co.uk.
The Best Literature Award went to the Government Communications Headquarters, with materials that were noted as being innovative and exciting to read.
Investment banking firm Dresdner Kleinwort was picked as having the best graduate recruitment website while the Chartered Insurance Institute picked up the Integrated Marketing Campaign award for a program that was high-impact and relevant to its market.
AGR chief executive Carl Gilleard commented: "Attracting the best graduates continues to be competitive and AGR members are rising to the challenge by demonstrating innovation and creativity in order to stand out fro the crowd."
The AGR now has more than 600 members, representing some 20 per cent of the UK's graduate recruitment market.
