EXPIRY NOTICE: This job has now expired and will not be accepting any more applications.

What is Information Management? Our business is built on innovative Information Management. ThatÆs because IT is a catalyst for change: it improves the way we work, provides smarter, more efficient systems, and delivers better business results. Our IM teams hold the key to this process. They create new technology solutions that meet an endless variety of business needs, working on a project basis across all functions and all activities. The projects IM graduates undertake are as varied as our business itself. They include creating and implementing new communications tools, finding innovative ways to use, store and manage information, and maintaining our global technology infrastructure. Join IM and youÆll be part internal business consultant, part IT project manager. Your brief will be to lead the process of identifying how technology can deliver improvements and then to manage its implementation, acting as the interface between internal clients and technical specialists. ItÆs both varied and challenging: with each new project youÆll go through a sharp learning curve, quickly assimilating information about the function, its business needs, the requirements of the people within it, and the technology that can improve how it works. These opportunities wonÆt suit those wanting to work as hands-on technical specialists. WeÆre looking for graduates with the tenacity to drive change, strong organisation and communication skills, and a passion for technology that delivers real business results. The confidence to lead others, influence at all levels and operate as a trusted business partner are all essential. What have recent trainees done? ò Managed a project examining the feasibility of creating a central global repository for adverts, press releases and media plans, to enable best practice to be easily shared. ò Helped implement a European sales reporting tool by liaising between the sales team and the developers to ensure that business needs were met. ò Managed a project developing web-based messaging solutions to optimise supply chain processes in our food services business. ò Co-ordinated the launch of a digital image library of products, working closely with the brand teams to create, source and upload images, as well as the developers building the application. What to expect? ò Training is provided through our European Information Management foundation course, as well as technology and systems courses relevant to your projects and assignments. Some trainees can also study relevant professional qualifications. ò Around five placements working on different IM projects, often in cross-functional teams and with an international perspective. Projects will focus on developing different skill areas including business knowledge and analysis, technical analysis, service delivery and overall project management. For more information visit
