Training and Events Co-odinator
Our client, a leading international metals group is currently looking to recruit a Training and Events Co-ordinator.
Reporting to the Construction Support Manager, you will assist with the training & promotional activities of the Company on behalf of the contributing businesses. Key areas of activity will be the provision of a range of training courses, events & seminars for the construction sector and internal education.
Role responsibilities include
Develop & deliver seminars for specifiers in key construction market segments
Coordinate the seminar programme with the Business Units to ensure buy-in and prevent overlap with BU seminars & events
Deliver project & prize events and conferences for architectural & engineering academics
Facilitate the delivery of internal & external training courses
Contribute to ensuring that specifiers & customers are aware of its products & services
Candidates should have a broad secondary education with a further business/vocational qualification to NVQ level or equivalent and should possess:
Effective communication & interpersonal skills
A confident approach
The ability to work to deadlines & budgets
Good networking skills
Some experience of promotions & course/event management.
