The Role – Trainee Territory Manager 

This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career with a multinational healthcare organisation. Johnson & Johnson Medical is looking to recruit a number of highly ambitious and career focused graduates or persons of graduate caliber to join their lucrative graduate training programme. 

The graduate training programme will last approximately 6 – 12 months. In this time full product and sales training will be given and you will spend 2 weeks in the United States of America (May 2010) receiving introductory training, successful candidates must be available to attend.  

Upon graduation of the training programme you will be assigned your own geographical region where you will be responsible for maintaining and growing business in this area, a high proportion of your time will be spent in the field meeting with clinicians in hospitals and operating theatres. You will Work closely with your Business Manager / Regional Sales Manager and the Sales Training Manager to ensure that you perform beyond your own self-interest in order to achieve the business goals of the organisation.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in any discipline
