In addition to our core software products we are also looking to offer new service based initiatives such as consultancy, project management, training and enhanced facilities management and contingency services.
Trainee Support Analyst
We are looking for a Trainee Support Analyst to join one of our Software Support Team.
The role involves providing software support for the products supplied to our customers within the Futures & Options industry (banks and brokers). The role involves supporting and some development for our core products, working with our internal teams and external clients.
Working within this team allows individuals to gain excellent knowledge and experience of all of our products through supporting them as well as invaluable knowledge of the Futures & Options industry. You will be given the opportunity to solve issues and problems using your technical and problem solving skills. The main languages used are DEC Basic, DCL and Uniface.
Support for our other products will also become part of the role in the future. In addition you may carry out some maintenance and development of the intranet.
We are looking for graduates with at least a 2:2 degree (or equivalent) in a related subject, with ideally some programming or product support experience from either a work placement, experience or from your degree. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team is also important.
Full business, system and development training will be given.
