Trainee Resourcer and Researcher – Recruitment to Recruitment
Basic c. £18k, OTE £40k + Bens
Based Central London
We are looking for Graduate calibre individuals who have commercial or professional B2B sales experience to join our expanding London based Regional Team. Candidates with placement or gap year experience will also be considered.
Applicants must be well-presented, money driven, enthusiastic, mature, thoughtful, possess a great sense of humour and must demonstrate the desire and commitment to want to be a success in this challenging industry. This role will be varied and exciting. You will be required to undertake business development, headhunting and the interviewing and placing of candidates. You will be working to both financial and non financial targets agreed with your senior consultant. You will join the Regional Recruitment Team, working from London, but placing candidates of all levels in major towns and cities across the UK.
The challenge will be to work with very well known Recruitment Consultancies offering complete recruitment solutions and to prove yourself as an energetic, hardworking and professional individual. Those who have risen to this challenge genuinely enjoy what they do because this role offers more variety than you can imagine – you could be working with a niche client one minute to a multi-national the next! Each day provides a unique challenge.
