The Talent Development team has the sole objective of creating and developing talent. There are two key stages which will support your development from Trainee Consultant to Team Leader and Manager.
Academy Level: provides trainee consultants with a framework within which they can build their careers in recruitment.
Advanced Level: Courses are provided for those experienced recruitment professionals with 6-24 months experience looking to increase earnings, enhance performance with a view to move into management.
