An opportunity to work for a prestigious niche executive Financial recruiter, operating at a senior level within the financial recruitment arena working with a list of blue chip clients, including investment banks and financial consultancies.

Our client recruits senior level "front office" financial professionals for a range of large clients including Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, and Financial Consultancies throughout Europe, Asia and the US. Their success in the market in which they operate is due to their ability to offer tailor made solutions to their client’s requirements and develop long-term and incredibly profitable affiliations with numerous major clients internationally.

Our client is looking for individuals who are very financially driven, able to deal with hot and cold clients, and able to deal with business independently. You will need to be a very competitive person by nature, with the tenacity and confidence to negotiate with candidates and clients at a very senior level. Ideally you will be degree educated and although not essential, business to business sales experience will be an advantage. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a professional and mature approach to work.

In return for your hard work, you will be rewarded with a highly competitive and uncapped commission structure and the opportunity to progress in your career at the rate you deserve, with some employees heading up their own team inside just two years.
