Trainee IT Recruitment Resourcers x11 needed based in Bristol
We are currently working with a major international recruitment organisation. They are looking for candidates who are energetic, intelligent, have drive and confidence, but most importantly the unyielding belief in their own ability. My client recruits predominantly in the ICT industry, where they provide recruitment services online, work on major accounts and use headhunting techniques to find the best talent in the market. Every member of staff has the potential opportunity to effectively run their own business, so they encourage free thinkers and entrepreneurialism. Recruitment is a sales position so they want self motivation, strong persuasion ability and immeasurable hunger. The opportunity is almost a way of life, so commitment and a highly competitive attitude are necessary. 6 months sales experience (preferable) will put you in an excellent position and a foot in the door to compete with the already high flying employees. The work is predominantly telephone based so you must be able to build strong, long lasting relationships with clients and candidates as well as canvassing CV’s, organising interviews and writing adverts to attract your target audience.
