Trainee Recruitment Consultants Wanted - Banking or HR

Trainee consultants at my client will be expected to do the following:
• Review candidates received from advertising / referrals.
• Conduct interviews with candidates.
• Obtain job requirements from clients.
• Shortlist and present candidate to clients.
• Proactively source new clients.
• Headhunt prospective candidates.
• Collect and utilize market information.
Successful candidates will have a good academic background, but most importantly will be focused on entering a target driven environment where there is the opportunity for rapid career progression as well as significant earning potential within the first 12 months.
You must be hardworking, driven and determined with a strong aspiration to make a lot of money and a desire for success.

£18,000 base (£60-100k OTE) + excellent bens.
