The role entitled ‘Operations Coordinator’ combines ongoing training, team support, realistic targets, ongoing incentives and a lucrative commission and profit share system.
Instead of being thrown in the deep end, you start front of house in a team for a short time, allowing you to familiarise yourself with the industry, environment, clients, candidates and of course your colleagues! From here you have the opportunity to make a confident and informed choice as to which recruitment team you will join while increasing your skills, multi-tasking ability and confidence to take on the business world! This structured role provides direction and support for you to develop from a Trainee Consultant to a Team Leader/ Business Manager in as little as 2 years!
£25-30k + OTE in your first year!
