Our client is looking for an individual of Graduate calibre who has 6 month to one years sales or Recruitment experience. Ideally, the successful individual will be a confident and assertive individual with an infectious ability to succeed and must able to work in an autonomous environment yet demonstrate themselves to be an effective team player.

This Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will be on the Supply Chain and Logistics desk, working alongside one of our client’s top performers! Working as part of a team of 2, this Trainee role will involve all aspects of Recruitment, requiring you to prove your ability when dealing with clients and candidates. You will be involved in developing new business and building your candidate database as well as attending client visits and building your reputation in the market. This Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will give you high levels of autonomy and responsibility and you will have the opportunity to make money very quickly!
