Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Secretarial Recruitment
Basic c. £15–17k, OTE £25k, excellent training and benefits
Based Newcastle, Leeds, Birmingham
Our client is looking for high-quality individuals to be successful in this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role. Ideally, you will be a Graduate possessing a minimum of 6 months sales or commercial experience. Successful applicants will possess an ambitious, driven and money-motivated attitude, demonstrating their ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurised environment.

This Trainee Recruitment Consultant role is a full-cycle recruitment consultant role where you will be responsible for placing candidates on a Permanent, Contract and Temporary basis. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of candidates, ranging from junior to senior level, as well as the exposure to clients from day 1.
This Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will be sales-focussed and rely heavily on your ability to identify new opportunities, formulate profitable business relationships and to drive new business forward. The role will also enable you to build a candidate database, where you will be responsible for generating new candidates, interviewing and matching candidates to suitable vacancies and managing those candidates effectively to ensure a sale.
