Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Secretarial
Basic c. £18 – 22k OTE £35k, + Extensive training and comprehensive benefits

This Trainee Recruitment Consultant role is an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging and growing organisation that really can offer outstanding one on one training and development! The role, initially, will be to support more senior Consultants in candidate resourcing and client development. However, should you prove your ability, aptitude and enthusiasm, you will soon be giving the responsibility to grow your own desk and database of clients and candidates. You will be given targets and KPI’s to work towards – achievement of these will result in very attractive financial rewards!
