Basic c. £18-20k, OTE £35k plus Excellent training and benefits!

The ideal candidate for this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will be a sales-driven individual who possesses an education to at least A level standard.
Ideally, the successful individual will have a background in Recruitment or B2B / customer-service based sales and have a genuine desire to start a role in recruitment consultancy. This recruitment organisation is an expanding, fast-moving and dynamic recruitment consultancy and their environment is an intense, fun and competitive place in which to work and potential Trainee Recruitment Consultants must reflect this – you must be able to demonstrate a dynamic, hungry enthusiastic and entrepreneurial attitude!
Our client is an expanding global recruitment consultancy with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and the UK. They specialise in the recruitment and placement of Sales and Marketing professionals and over the past nine years they have gained a reputation for providing premium Sales and Marketing recruitment services.
Their specialist recruitment consultants are trained to understand both the tangible and intangible needs of Sales Managers and Directors. They are also trained to work closely with candidates in order to understand their experience, requirements and goals. This Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will have two parts. The first part is going through live candidates / jobs / registering candidates and screening CVs. The second part of this role will be involve client researching and finding new contacts and picking up jobs within the lucrative Sales and Marketing sector.
This role is extremely progressive and you will see rapid career development within the recruitment industry based on your merit, ability and future potential. There will be the opportunity to work on warm leads and not just new business and as the environment is very team orientated with a strong emphasis on the team, the atmosphere is young, dynamic and sociable.
