Our client is looking for a driven and motivated experienced sales individual committed to a career in Recruitment Consultancy to join their expanding and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a Graduate with either 6 months Recruitment experience or 12 months B2B/B2C sales experience. Alternatively, our client will also consider individuals with a fashion background, especially those with high-end and luxury retail sales experience, or those with experience of fashion merchandising. The successful individuals must be pro-active by nature, personable, money orientated and committed – the ability to deal with demanding clients will be essential.

Since that time they have developed a reputation for being a leading retail and fashion recruitment consultancy and specialise in temporary jobs in the exclusive retail sector as well as managing a high number of exciting permanent retail sales jobs with the leading fashion houses and exclusive retailers, such as Prada and Gucci. This Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will be a very candidate driven role, placing permanent staff such as sales consultants and department managers into high-profile and exclusive clients. Your main responsibilities will include Account Managing a number of key and prestigious clients as well as developing new business and relationships with target clients. The role will involve working to both financial and activity targets individually and as part of a team.
This is very much a developmental role, as our client is looking for the successful individual to pursue opportunities recruiting fashion merchandisers, pattern cutters and other head-office retail staff.
