Basic c. £17 – 20k, OTE £30k, Excellent training and benefits
For this Trainee Recruitment Consultants role, our client is looking for a bright Graduate who possesses basic sales experience, be that within a B2B or B2C environment.
The successful candidate for this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will need to understand that this market is very fast and the learning curve is steep. Revenues and benefits candidates are tough and our client needs someone who is not afraid of volume cold calling and being tough with candidates – an ability to be tenacious is an absolute must. This needs to go hand in hand with a strong sense of candidate care and service delivery.

The team consists of very experienced recruitment consultants who can pass on unparalleled levels of knowledge and recruitment expertise to new recruitment talent. The team covers the North East of England, East Midlands and West Midlands. The team has enjoyed a rapid growth and billed very successfully over the past 12 months.

The Revenue and Benefits team require a new Recruitment Consultant who will be looking after the West Midlands client and candidate base in line with the growth of the team. This is a very successful team, working within a very buoyant market, and there will be lots of opportunity for career development.
This recruitment consultancy has a very good opportunity to work on a division which is candidate-led and where the clients are warm and receptive. You will be actively working to both activity and financial targets and you will work as part of a team in order to achieve these.
