The Person:
To be successful in this Trainee Recruitment Consultants role, our client is ideally looking for individuals who are educated to Graduate level and who possess a keen interest in Policy and Strategy – individuals with a Politics-related degree would be ideal. Alternatively, any relevant work experience within the Policy field would also be advantageous.

The Role:
Be a part of this exciting, young and rewarding recruitment environment! This Trainee Recruitment Consultants role is on the very successful Policy and Strategy team, where you will be recruiting individuals for central Government, local Government and not-for-profit organisations into roles ranging from Intelligence through to Policy management.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you can expect your day-to-day work schedule in the first three to six months to consist of business development calls, candidate interviews and candidate generation.
You will receive leading-edge training starting with mastering the in-house IT systems, leading onto telephone work with marketing calls to candidates and clients, in the third month you will be taken on an external sales course. You will be actively working to both revenue and activity targets as part of a team.
