Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Public Sector
Basic c. £18 – 20k OTE £35k
Based Newcastle upon Tyne
The ideal candidate for this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will have at least 12 months sales or recruitment experience with a proven track record of developing new business in a competitive market.
You will be highly personable and mature, therefore able to develop and build successful business relationships with both clients and candidates. You must be a team player and possess first class organisational and time management skills. In order to be successful you must be able to demonstrate how your drive, natural hard working attitude and commercial edge have lead to tangible business results in the past.

This Trainee Recruitment Consultant role is a full-cycle role and the successful applicant will be responsible for identifying, approaching and winning new business as part of an aggressive expansion plan, and identifying suitable candidates for all roles gained. . You will be targeted with both financial and non financial targets and work as part of a team and supportive business unit.
