Basic c. £18k, OTE £35k + 20 days holiday and other benefits

The ideal candidate for this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will be a Graduate who has experience of sales or of working within a commercially-focused environment – our client will expect the successful individual to be target driven and able to identify potential new business opportunities.
Intelligence, a willingness to learn the market, self-awareness and integrity will be vital to your success in this role as working with both central and local Government will test your abilities! Our client will also be looking for an individual who is a real team player but who can express their own ideas and use their initiative when working with clients and candidates.
It is also essential the successful candidate will also be dynamic, highly personable and sociable by nature!

You will be dynamically working to both activity and revenue targets, both on an individual basis and as part of a team.
