Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Media, Marketing
Basic c. £18–22k, OTE £35k, £5k car allowance. Up to 23 days holiday, stakeholder pension
Successful trainee recruitment consultants will be well–presented and well-spoken with an ability to articulate their desire to succeed within recruitment and what they can contribute to this success. Trainees are all of Graduate calibre, preferably with a minimum of 2:2 in any subject.
Ideally our client is looking for an individual with at least 3 months recruitment experience, however individuals with Media-Sales experience, or wider Media/Publishing experience, will also be considered. Individuals considered for this role will be credible, mature and have the ability to deal with clients and candidates at all levels. Trainee Recruitment Consultants must have a healthy balance between sales and service and be able to build and maintain relationships with high calibre clients and candidates.
Our client, a prestigious and very reputable central-London recruitment consultancy with nearly 25 years professional experience offer recruitment services to a variety of sectors, including; Media, Banking, Legal, Public Sector, Marketing and Retail.
They have nearly one hundred recruitment consultants working in large smart offices in the heart of London’s West End, with private interview facilities, an open plan sales floor, in-house training facilities and staff facilities.
Particular selling points for this client are that they are very service driven and ambitious in their attitude - their aim is to become London’s 1st call for clients or candidates require recruitment solutions.
They are looking for graduates with some recruitment experience keen to move into a professional and consultative recruitment business.
Our client is looking for Graduates with Sales or Recruitment experience to join the company in the Media and Marketing division. Therefore Trainees will have a training plan tailored to their needs, the aim will be to develop their skills and market knowledge.
The main objective for this role is to grow the Media Marketing team on the contract / temporary side to compliment the established and successful permanent business. This role will see you work closely with a senior consultant to provide an all-round service to the Marketing departments of London’s Publishing and Entertainment sector. This role is a vital to the growth of the team as it strives to become a major market player.
You will actively be responsible for developing new and existing client relationships predominantly by telephone, as well as meeting clients at all levels face to face, from Marketing Managers to Marketing Directors and HR Directors. Rresponsibility to generate and interview new candidates and to cross sell opportunities for other areas of this exciying recruitment business.
This is an organic recruitment consultancy and they employ trainees as future managers, as such your development will be continuously tailored and ongoing, as they have on site training facilities this is conducted on-site, with a proportion of on the desk training.
