Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Marketing into Media Recruitment
Basic c. £18-20k, OTE £35k. Excellent benefits and training!
The ideal candidate for this Trainee Recruitment Consultant’s role will be a team-playing Graduate who has either had Temporary and Contract recruitment experience into blue chip organisations or at least 6 months Media sales experience. Desirable personal attributes will be your attention to detail, a sense of urgency and proficient sales skills as well as an attitude that is motivated by money and success! Also required in this challenging and rewarding role will be a professional, credible and positive attitude as well as experience of handling rejection and objections efficiently.

The objectives of this Trainee Recruitment Consultant’s role is to build and develop the business on the Publishing and Entertainments division. You will be working closely with the permanent recruitment consultant to provide an all round service to the Marketing departments of London’s Publishing and Entertainment sector. The role will be placing temporary and permanent Marketing staff at all levels into Media companies.
Key responsibilities will include developing new and existing client relationships predominantly by telephone and meeting clients at all levels face to face – from Marketing Managers to Marketing Directors and HR Directors. Another key responsibility will be generating and interviewing candidates as well as cross selling services of team members
