The main responsibilities of the role will include (but not be restricted to):
Generate live vacancies through business development telephone calls and client presentations and meetings
Interview, screen and manage a large candidate database. You'll develop expertise in understanding the requirements, skills and experience of candidates to gauge their suitability for vacancies
Manage relationships between clients and candidates
Liaise with the marketing department to ensure the timely release of effective marketing material
Negotiate to secure preferred supplier list agreements with blue chip clients
In return my client will offer you a competitive base salary, uncapped bonus scheme where you can earn €40-60K+ in year one and €100+ in year two, and car and holiday incentives.
