Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Finance Recruitment
Basic c. £18 – 22k, OTE £30k, Excellent traing and benefits
For this Trainee Recruitment Consultants role, you will be of Graduate calibre with at least 6-12 months recruitment or business to business sales experience. Our client will also be interested in those with evidence of entrepreneurialism and working under their own initiative.
You will have a demonstrable track record of achievement, ability to build new relationships with clients and candidates, a professional approach, and be self motivated. Our client really requires Recruitment Consultants who can demonstrate maturity, credibility and a consultative approach – you should be driven and focused, hungry to make money.
Our client, established in 2005, is an independent recruitment consultancy, owned by the consultants who work there. They recruit part-qualified finance, support staff, accountants, and sales and marketing staff on a permanent, temporary and contract basis.

Our client is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants on all levels of finance recruitment. The role will initially be very candidate focussed, where your task will be to generate candidates for the roles currently available. You will do this through various methods, including advertising and head-hunting, and you will then be targeted on ‘selling’ these candidates to the Experienced Consultants – incentives will be offered!
This Trainee Recruitment Consultant role is a progressive one and you will have the ability to move onto the client-side, where you will be developing and account managing new and existing clients, as soon as your attitude and aptitude prove your ability!
