Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Finance and Accountancy Recruitment
Basic c. £20k, OTE £35k, Benefits
The ideal candidate for this role will be a Graduate with at least 1 years’ commercial or professional sales experience within a corporate environment, who is now looking to make the transition into recruitment. In order to become a top-biller at this recruitment consultancy, you need to be a self starter, confident, very sales focused and proactive. As this recruitment consultancy tends to work in a fast paced manner, they require their recruitment consultants to be enthusiastic and passionate about what they do and really enjoy working there. Also important is your professionalism and credibility as you will be working very closely with senior decision makers from FTSE 100 and blue chip corporations.

This is an exciting role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant within the very dynamic, challenging and lucrative Finance sector. Our client is looking for a Graduate with Corporate Commercial or Sales experience to join a very successful team. The team is one of the most successful in the business, dealing with major and well-recognised FTSE 100 City companies and currently is on many major PSLs to supply candidates with salaries ranging from £45,000 - £150,000. Working alongside a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be actively working on clients and candidates from Day 1 and you will soon be given the autonomy to develop your own client and candidate database. Business development will be an important part of this role as well as the requirement to work to targets.
