Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Commerce and Industry Recruitment
Basic c. £17 – 19k, OTE £25k, Excellent training and benefits
For this Recruitment Consultants role our client will require Graduates with either 6 months recruitment experience in any market sector, or a Graduate with either B2B or B2C sales experience or commercial experience, again in any market sector. The successful candidate will have demonstrable ability to gain new business, be able to build solid business relationships and show a target-orientated, money-motivated attitude – team players are also required!
Our clients needs a flexible, positive and driven recruitment professional to join their team. You need to be receptive to advice, training and at the same time be able to give helpful feedback.

This Recruitment consultancy opportunity will be a full-cycle recruitment role and will involve you developing and building business relationships within the Commerce and Industry client base via telemarketing, client meetings and targeted mailshots. You will also be responsible for liaising with candidates concerning their suitability for the role, negotiating salaries with candidate and selling benefits to both candidate and clients. Other responsibilities will include writing job specs for clients, advertising jobs on the internet, adding new client contacts to the database and accurately coding up client contacts.
This role will see you working to both financial and activity-based targets and you will actively work as part of a team to ensure that targets are hit and that the growth of the client and candidate base continues. Excellent financial rewards are given for success!
