Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Banking
Basic c. £18 – 22k, OTE £40k
Our client is looking for an individual of Graduate calibre who must have 12-18 months experience of working in B2B sales and have a proven track record of working successfully to targets. High achievers are required!!
Successful candidates for this role must be hard working, self-motivated and enthusiastic. As this will be a client-facing role, Consultants must be articulate and able to build relationships with clients and candidates at all levels and have the confidence to deliver competent and impacting sales presentations.

Due to company growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the most successful IT recruitment teams within the Banking and Finance industry. The client base which you will be working on is second to none and includes most of the world's top-tier Investment banks and FTSE 100 companies.
In this role you will receive excellent training and be working alongside recruitment experts of the highest calibre. Your primary responsibility will be sourcing high quality candidates for key accounts, using a variety of methods such as database search, online advertising, referrals, and networking.
You will be fully involved in the whole recruitment lifecycle, from meeting and managing candidates, servicing clients, contractor management, generating leads for the team, and investigating new business opportunities.
