We have been tasked with our client to find a new generation of sales people to work this recruitment consultancy. They are looking for candidates with differing backgrounds: the first type of candidate could be a graduate who is resilient and competitive looking for a highly rewarding sales environment; the second route is a sales person (not necessarily a graduate) with six months sales experience in a non scripted sales pitch environment. Both candidate routes require that you have great communication skills and be very confident.
The role requires candidates who can concentrate on building strong relationships with clients, learning client company cultures and industry while demonstrating sales, business development skills to win business from both new and existing clients.
Training at this organisation is very strong providing every employee with 20 hours training per year. New starters are treated to a three phase induction which includes sales techniques and performance management training.
