Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Admin / Secretarial
Basic c. £18 – 22k OTE £40k
Based Thames Valley
For this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, successful applicants must be Graduates with either previous experience in B2B or B2C sales. Individuals with up to 6 months Recruitment experience in any sector will also be considered.
This role will involve a mixture of new business development, account management and customer service and so the successful applicant must have a dedicated and enthusiastic approach with the ability to work well in a small team, be goal orientated with the motivation and drive to build strong relationships with clients and candidates. Our client provides outstanding ongoing training and development and sponsorship for recruitment qualifications. A competitive basic salary, excellent commission and bonus structure and contributory pension scheme are also offered.

This Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will be a full-cycle recruitment role and will involve the development of new clients, the account management and development of existing clients and the identifying, interviewing and management of suitable candidates. The role will be very varied and challenging and will give the successful applicant the ideal opportunity to exhibit their drive and motivation to succeed!
