We are looking for bright, hard working graduates to join our highly successful sales team. Based in Birmingham our dynamic team is looking for motivated individuals to join as Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

Recruitment requires energetic, sales focused individuals who can balance new business generation, account management and a consultative approach to your client’s recruitment needs. Recruitment is above all a people business. Stripped to the essentials, it is the practice of selling candidates to clients and clients to candidates. Seems fairly straight forward doesn't it?

The truth of course is slightly different. There are many qualities needed to become a successful recruitment consultant: energy, intelligence, drive, confidence and, above all, an unshakeable belief in yourself and an unwavering desire to succeed.

Graduates can come from any degree discipline but must be career focused and have a drive to be the best they can possibly be.
