As a Trainee New Business Development Manager you will be responsible for delivering profitable sales growth by generating new business opportunities through a structured and proactive sales approach. Within this role you will be heavily involved in account management focussing on developing opportunities and building strong business relationships.
This will be a field sales role and as a result you will be visiting clients in key areas within target markets that have been clearly defined for you. You will be meeting with property developers, managing agents and buyers within universities and hospitals.
You will also benefit from the award winning meta-morphose 12 month sales training programme, during which you will be assigned a personal mentor as well as receiving full support from your company. You will have the opportunity to gain an ISMM qualification on successful completion of your first year.
