Due to the Company’s phenomenal growth rate there is a need to expand the field sales team with a focus on developing new business in the North of England. As a Trainee New Business Development Manager you will be responsible for creating your own leads through prospecting, carrying out meetings with potential customers and acquiring new business through referrals. Once you have won new business you will also be responsible for the account management of your client base.
The Company will provide all the relevant product training and sales support. In addition to this, you will also benefit from the award winning meta-morphose sales training programme, and will be assigned your own independent coaching and support manager who will play a key part in your success, as receiving a well known and recognised ISMM certificate upon successful completion of your first year in sales.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate / graduate calibre with a real passion for sales, structured in their approach and eager to learn and progress. The Company is looking to work with people with a long term ambition for success and look for enthusiasm, persistence and people with a strong personality.
