The role:
This is a phone-based role with the UK’s largest no-fee mortgage broker. Our client is a household name within the mortgage industry, giving whole of market advice to customers.
You will be trained by them to obtain your CeMAP qualifications, with full coaching and support. There is no cold-calling involved in the role. The hours can be long whilst you establish yourself, but the rewards are there for the hard working with a truly merit-based pay structure and uncapped earnings.
The candidate:
Successful applicants will be of graduate calibre, with between 1-2 years experience in the commercial world. A sales background is ideal, but not essential. Attitude is everything in this role. You need to:

· be self-motivated and disciplined
· be prepared to work hard
