Within this role you will assist the Regional Manager in the day to day running of the business in Andover. You must ensure that good working relationships with customers are established to enhance the long-term benefit of the Company and attend site meetings along with the Regional Manager. You will produce reports for submission to the Regional Manager by agreed dates and ensure that all engineers’ work is organised and communicated to the customer.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to receive management training whilst learning the intricacies of the business.
They are looking for candidates with a good standard of education, educated to either GCSE, A Level or degree standard with good IT skills, in particular Microsoft packages including Word and Excel.
You must hold excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong organisation and time management skills. A good team player you should have the ability to work well under pressure.
