We are recruiting a Trainee Management Accountant to join our small but busy team based in Cheshire. Exchange Events produces and tours highly successful productions in the UK and overseas. Our portfolio includes The Ladyboys of Bangkok, The Chinese State Circus and Circus Starr.
You will be involved in all aspects of the finance department including bank reconciliations, purchase ledger, supplier payments, providing management information and assisting with monthly management accounts.
You will be a recent graduate looking to take the first step in an accountancy career.
You will have a 2.1 or above and will have already demonstrated your capabilities with good A level grades. You will be numerate and organised and will be able to work proactively and to deadlines. Full training will be provided but a good working knowledge of Excel and Word is essential. An interest in the entertainment sector would be beneficial.
You will be required to study for the CIMA qualification and must be willing to dedicate the time and effort that this will require. A study support package is available.
Starting salary £16,000 plus 24 days holiday per annum
