Independent London Lettings Agency is looking for motivated, driven graduates to join their Covent Garden and City offices in the capacity of Trainee Lettings Negotiators. This is an excellent opportunity for a money-motivated, determined graduate to begin a lucrative and challenging career in property. 

The Company has two enviably located London offices, and is looking to expand their team immediately with several Trainee Lettings Negotiators. They are a 'Lettings Focussed' company and so deals are fast-paced and you will see your commission building up very quickly. On average, Trainee Lettings Negotiators take home £35K in their first year, if you are exceptional you could take home over £40K in your first 12 months. 

Remuneration (Year 1) 
- £14K basic salary 
- 12% commission 
- OTE of £35K 
- Salary guarantee of £22K pro rata for the first 3 months of employment 

Working Hours 
- 8:30am – 6:30pm Monday to Friday 
- One late night a week until 8pm (on a rota system: Monday to Thursday) 
- Every other Saturday 10am – 4pm 

No sales experience is necessary, as long as you have the right attitude and motivations there are opportunities to begin your career right now.
