Trainee IS Business Analyst - Graduate IT Opportunity
Circa £20,000 plus excellent benefits
Our client is a major manufacturer of an integrated range of products for the construction industry with companies now established around the world. Major investment has been made to the Holywell plant to make it a state of the art manufacturing facility with the resources to develop its market share.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hard working and enthusiastic individual to continue in their training to become a highly skilled Business Analyst. They are looking for someone who’ll be keen to develop and enhance existing skills in order to grow in this fast-moving multinational environment.
The purpose of the role is to assist with the successful delivery of their strategic project plan whilst providing day to day support for operational business processes. You’ll use your strong interpersonal and commercial skills to assist in the development of process improvements, either in person or via the Divisional Helpdesk. In short, you’ll be actively involved in the development maintenance and support of a range of IS applications including SAP.
You will either be educated to degree level (or equivalent) in business or IT, or have previous experience of working as a Business Analyst. With knowledge of operations and general business processes, you’ll be able to put your strong problem solving and analytical skills to good use. Ideally, you’ll also have knowledge of ERP Systems and SAP 4.6C or ECC 6.0.
They are looking for someone that can really ‘think outside the box’ so it’s essential that you’re proactive, innovative and have a “can do” attitude towards all tasks. The ability to work to tight deadlines to successfully deliver set objectives, either as part of a team or on your own, is imperative and you’ll pride yourself on your exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
You will be required to visit other sites from time to time, so it’s important that you’re flexible and able to travel.
