As a Trainee Internal Sales Consultant you will be responsible for new business development and the account management of key accounts within the Group’s Rope and Specialist Wire Products range. In addition to this you will be actively seeking new business opportunities with potential and existing clients. You will liaise with customers on a regular basis to ensure that they are kept aware of new products, applications and price variations as wells as interacting closely with the New Business Development Managers who you will support with quotations and sourcing products.
Part of the role will involve providing market information by accurate reporting and discussing the competitor activity, market trends and recommending ways to increase the company’s success.
This is a varied internal sales role and as the company continues to do well there is scope for the role developing into a field sales role as a Business Development Manager.
In addition to this training you will also benefit from the award winning meta-morphose sales training programme, and will be assigned your own independent coaching and support manager who will play a key part in your success, as well as receiving the best support possible from your company. You will also receive a well known and recognised ISMM certificate upon successful completion of your first year in sales.
