Within the role you will be responsible for the receipt of shipment details by EDI, fax & e-mail and the data input into the company system. Any missing data should be confirmed with the overseas office, which is also your responsibility along with any other relevant duties within the department.
Candidates for this role must have good computer literacy skills, ideally with experience of using Microsoft Office programmes and will enjoy working with people across all levels both within the Company and with external contacts. You will ideally have an A Level standard of education but more importantly you will have a thirst to learn all aspects of this role and be comfortable working on your own initiative.
