Trainee Head Hunter and Researcher – Recruitment to Recruitment
Basic c. £18-20k, OTE £30-40k + Bens
Based Central London

The Person:
We are looking for Graduate calibre individuals who have commercial or professional B2B sales experience. We look for evidence of attention to detail, a willingness to learn and the ability to work under your own initiative is vital in this role.

The Role:
The role is for a Research Consultant, this person will be targeted to proactively market intelligence on individuals in the recruitment community. This role will focus on the proactive generation of individuals, tracking them through to placement. You will be working to financial and non financial targets and your success will be solely dependant on your motivation and enthusiasm to be successful.

The successful candidate will not business develop, you will not arrange interviews and you will no longer have to speak to clients. You will however be expected to build your profile and a reputation for yourself as a first point of contact when recruitment consultants are looking to move.

You will be trained in all aspects of Research, Head Hunting, Name Generation and Candidate Contact. Your career will be mapped out in front of you. You will regularly update with your Senior Consultant to assess training needs and areas of development. You will be supported and trained to be one of the most influential individuals in recruitment.
